Rapid Transformational Therapy

How does it work?

During an RTT session, we’ll work together to access and dialogue with your subconscious mind, to uncover the root cause of your presenting issue/s. I will then free you from any self-defeating beliefs/patterns, and imprint new positive versions into your subconscious, to produce permanent, life-changing results.

RTT is as versatile as it is powerful, and able treat a wide spectrum of physical, emotional and mental issues. Such as weight issues, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, infertility, chronic pain, insomnia, fears and phobias ( to name a few).

What’s the process?

Through skilful hypnotic induction, I’ll guide you into a relaxed and highly suggestible state, under which we can access the infinite depth and wisdom of your subconscious mind. It’s through this dialogue with the subconscious that we are able to explore and uncover the root cause of your presenting issue.

Discovering the root cause of your issue is crucial to resolving it, as this is where all the limiting beliefs that have been shaping your thoughts around the issue, reside.

Remember, every habit of action is run by a habit of thought. And every habit of thought is run by our beliefs. Change the beliefs,  change the thoughts. Change the thoughts, change the actions. Change the actions, change your life.

Once we discover, interrupt and reframe the belief, we’ll then integrate very specific, positive suggestions directly into the subconscious mind that will transform your life, through new thought and action habits. This section is recorded and given to you after the session, which you need to commit to listening to for at least 21 days. Think of the session as “doing the work” and the recording as reinforcing the transformation and sealing in the change!

How long does it take?

Depending on the presenting issue, there’s typically 6 steps to an RT T journey, which will see us work together in a confidential and supportive therapy relationship for up to 4 weeks.

These steps include:

  1. 30 minute discovery call
  2. 15 – 20 minute intake discussion prior to hypnosis, to agree and define what you really want
  3. 60-90 minutes hypnosis and therapy session
  4. Included in the above is your personalised transformation recording
  5. 15 minute post session discussion and next steps agreement
  6. 3 x 30 min check-in and progress calls after 7, 14 and 21 days

In certain situations and for certain issues, a programme of post-session coaching can be crucial to ensure you achieve a lasting, sustained transformation. The necessity of this will be discussed during our post-session discussion, but you can ask more about what that entails anytime.

Transformation coaching is a carefully prescribed program of actions, commitments and exercises designed to profoundly install and realise the changes and results you want to see in your life.

Now what?

You deserve to live your best life, and you already have the power to overcome whatever is holding you back from pursuing or achieving that.  So I’ll sign by inviting you to ask yourself two questions:

  1. What parts of you, or your life, would you like to see better results in?
  2. What would your life be, look and feel like having achieved those results?

So, what are you waiting for?

Golf Performance

We strive to educate golf professionals and the playing public on the importance of the body and how it relates to the golf swing. We believe that golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body. Though there are an array of swing styles that we see we strongly believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.

Our Philosophy

We provide a multi-disciplinary approach to your musculoskeletal and sports injury dysfunction. At the heart of our philosophy is a desire to better understand human body movement: how the body was made to function, and how it actually functions. We evaluate a person’s natural movement patterns to discover the source of an injury as opposed to treating symptoms. Our goal is to encourage clients to take responsibility for their life and well being.
