If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us to cancel. We ask you give us at least 24 hours advanced notice so that we can offer your slot to someone else, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Refunds cannot be issued once an appointment has been booked but we issue a credit note valid for one year
Payments
Our preferred method of payment is at the time of booking via our online booking system.
You can pay by cash or BACS Transfer and we accept all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
Private Health Insurance
We are recognised by most major private health insurance providers, and many of our patients use their cover as part of funding their treatment.
However, there is something important to know before you book.
Insurance companies typically set a capped fee for osteopathic treatment. Our fees reflect the clinical time, expertise, and specialist equipment involved in your care and we are unable to work within the capped rates set by insurers.
What this means in practice is that we require full payment at the time of each appointment. We will provide you with a detailed invoice for every session, which you can submit directly to your insurer to reclaim whatever your policy allows.
Before booking, we would always recommend calling your provider to confirm:
- The level of cover available under your policy
- The number of sessions included
- Whether prior authorisation is required before treatment begins
- The reimbursement rate your insurer will apply
This way you will have a clear picture of what you can expect to reclaim before your first appointment.
