Hey Guys

It has been a really nice busy start to the year and this is where I get excited as you all start to set those goals for the coming year ahead.

The name of the game is stay consistent with your plan and enjoy the journey. When those stumbling blocks with an injury or pain response crop up then that’s your cue, to get in touch so we can get you back on track as quickly as possible.

What sets me apart from other osteopaths in the our area is the level of post graduate study I have invested in myself to not only help you with your pain but assist you moving better with more efficiency and strength.

I always seek to learn from the best and keep up to date with the most up effective rehab principles that are being used currently in elite professional sport. I have invested a lot of time learning under the guidance of my mentor, David O Sullivan who is one of Englands Rugby Union Physios, whom also consults and treats PGA professionals, Tommy Fleetwood and Danny Willet.

Now that my treatment model has evolved even further, we can take you from being in pain and understanding how its currently affecting your life. We can then design a treatment plan that’s bespoke to you and has very logical progressions to get you pain free and back doing what you enjoy most.

You also won’t need to worry about remembering the exercises as we film them while you here and send them to you on whatsapp with all th tips and cues.

For more information on this and the treatments packages that we offer please get in touch with either myself or Charlie and we will be more than happy to talk through any questions that you may have.

Golf Performance

We strive to educate golf professionals and the playing public on the importance of the body and how it relates to the golf swing. We believe that golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body. Though there are an array of swing styles that we see we strongly believe there is one efficient way for every player to swing and it is based on what the player can physically do.

Our Philosophy

We provide a multi-disciplinary approach to your musculoskeletal and sports injury dysfunction. At the heart of our philosophy is a desire to better understand human body movement: how the body was made to function, and how it actually functions. We evaluate a person’s natural movement patterns to discover the source of an injury as opposed to treating symptoms. Our goal is to encourage clients to take responsibility for their life and well being.
